Chad Williams
Chad Williams (MDiv) is the Lead Pastor at HighView Church. Before entering pastoral ministry, Chad worked for over a decade with Chick-fil-A, training leaders around the country. Chad completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Christian Ministry from Midwestern College and his Master of Divinity from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Chad has taught leaders all over the world and currently serves as a Church Planting Coach with North American Mission Board. In 2018 was a participant in Lifeway Leadership’s Strategic Leadership Community. Chad writes on Gospel-centered leadership at his website, Develop to Deploy, and contributes to For the Church. Chad and his wife Kalie have three daughters: Lydia, Reagan, and Gracen.
